Candy AI Pricing: Premium Plans, Tokens and What a Series Costs

Candy.ai Premium starts at $3.99 a month on the 12-month plan, and paid Candy AI Shorts episodes are priced in tokens. Finishing a typical standard series takes 36 tokens and a typical creator-twin series 90, while Premium includes 100 tokens a month. Episode 1 and Episode 2 of public series cost nothing either way.

We read the plan prices on candy.ai’s subscription page from a US connection while logged out, and the Shorts costs from the public catalog on Nov 4, 2026. Prices can change by country, currency and promotion, and anything hidden behind the login is marked unverified.

Candy AI Premium plans and prices

Premium comes in three terms, and the longer the term, the lower the monthly price.

The headline $3.99 applies only to the 12-month plan, which is charged as one annual payment and renews automatically for the same price and term. The 3-month plan is billed once a quarter. The 1-month plan has a discounted first month, then renews every month at the full monthly rate, the highest of the three.

At the prices in the table, a year on the 12-month plan costs less than two quarters on the 3-month plan or four months on the 1-month plan. So if you will keep Premium for five months or more, the yearly plan is the cheapest route; for a single month, the 1-month plan’s discounted first month is the smallest charge.

Promo codes and discounts

You need no code for Candy’s advertised discounts: the 70%, 35% and 29% labels sit on the listed plan prices, and the “Premium -70%” badge in Candy’s sidebar on Nov 4, 2026 matched the yearly plan. Codes, “lifetime deals” and free Premium offers found elsewhere are not Candy’s. The only bonuses we can confirm are the referral tokens described below and Premium Plus’s top-up bonus.

What Premium includes

Premium adds 100 tokens to your account every month and unlocks unlimited text chat and Candy’s creation tools.

For Shorts viewers, the tokens are the line that matters. Candy’s upgrade dialog on series pages promises to “unlock all premium episodes”, yet the paid episodes keep a token price on the same page. The next section explains what that means for your budget.

Does Premium unlock Shorts episodes without tokens?

We have not verified it, so treat paid episodes as priced in tokens until we confirm otherwise.

Candy’s own pages point in two directions. The dialog on a series page is headed “Upgrade to Unlock Next Episodes” and lists “Unlock all premium episodes” among the benefits. At the same time, every episode from Episode 3 onward shows a token cost on its button: 12 on standard series and 30 on creator-twin series. We read the catalog logged out and have not used a paid account, so we cannot tell you which reading is right.

Until that is confirmed, budget in tokens. Premium’s 100 monthly tokens cover two full standard series (36 each) or one full creator-twin series (90) a month; anything beyond that means a top-up.

Premium Plus: more tokens, price not shown

Premium Plus is Candy’s higher tier, built around 330 tokens a month, and Candy does not show its price before you log in.

We do not publish a price we have not seen. If you are weighing Premium Plus, compare its price after login with buying the same extra tokens as top-ups. For Shorts, the larger allowance and the top-up bonus are what change how much you can watch; the other extras concern chat.

Tokens: what they buy

Tokens are Candy’s pay-per-item currency for the whole platform: Shorts has no subscription of its own, and paid episodes, each unlocked individually, are one of six things the same balance buys.

You buy tokens at candy.ai/tokens, which needs a login, with the same payment methods as Premium. Pack prices are hidden from logged-out visitors, so we do not list them. The only public price signal is Candy’s help center describing 200 tokens as “a $20 value”, roughly ten cents a token. Treat that as a yardstick, not a price list.

There is also a referral route: when someone you invite subscribes to Premium, you and that person each receive 200 tokens, provided you are on Premium yourself. And once you unlock an episode, Candy’s dialog sums it up as “Watch in HD. Yours forever. No ads, no waiting.”, which describes a one-time unlock rather than a rental.

What a Candy AI Shorts series costs in tokens

A typical standard series costs 36 tokens to finish and a typical creator-twin series 90, because only the episodes after the free start are charged.

The price per paid episode depends on the series type: 12 tokens on a standard series such as Every Wife on Candy Lane, and 30 on a series starring a creator’s licensed digital twin, such as My One-Night Stand Is My Girlfriend’s Mom with Asa Akira’s twin. The other twins include Riley Reid, Mia Malkova and Lexi Luna.

Most series are short and land on those typical totals. A handful run much longer, and their totals grow with them: Mona’s Worst Enemy and Caught Between Sisters each cost more than a month of Premium tokens, and Yes Ma’am, the longest series in the library, costs more to finish than any other published series. How far 100 monthly tokens go

The table uses the per-episode prices in the catalog on Nov 4, 2026 and the allowance on standard Premium. The material we checked does not say whether unused monthly tokens carry over from one month to the next while you stay subscribed, so do not count on it. Top-up or Premium: which suits a Shorts viewer

If you want a single series, a token top-up is the simpler purchase; if you expect to watch a series or more every month, Premium’s monthly tokens are the more natural fit.

We cannot give you an exact break-even point, because token pack prices sit behind the login. What we can say is this: Premium bundles 100 tokens a month with unlimited chat and the creation tools, so it makes the most sense if you use more of Candy.ai than Shorts. A top-up buys tokens alone, with no renewal to remember and nothing to cancel later. Whichever route you take, check the series total first, because a standard series at 36 tokens and a creator-twin series at 90 sit in very different places against a monthly allowance of 100.

Timing matters too. Premium’s tokens arrive on your subscription day each month, so watching several series back to back will outrun the allowance and call for a top-up anyway. Spreading series across months keeps you inside what Premium already includes.

Payment methods and your bank statement

Candy accepts cards, crypto, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer, for Premium and for tokens alike, and every charge appears under the billing descriptor “EverAI”, not “Candy”.

The method you choose matters later. Candy’s refund rule covers card payments only, so if you might want your money back after a mistaken purchase, a card is the one method that qualifies.

How to cancel Candy AI Premium, step by step

You cancel from your profile settings on candy.ai, and Premium keeps working until the period you already paid for runs out.

1. Log in to candy.ai with the account that holds the subscription.
2. Open My Profile.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Scroll to the subscription details at the bottom of the page.
5. Click Unsubscribe.
6. Confirm the cancellation in the prompts that follow.

There is no pause option, so taking a break means cancelling. Cancel before your renewal date if you do not want the next charge: the 12-month plan renews for another full year, and the 1-month plan renews at its full monthly price once the discounted first month is over. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not refund the current one.

Refund rules

Candy refunds are not automatic: you have to ask within 24 hours of the payment and meet every condition.

• Your request reaches Candy within 24 hours of the payment.
• You have used no more than 20 tokens.
• You paid by card.
• You email support@candymail.ai and state clearly that you want a refund.

These conditions come from section 10.4 of Candy’s terms of service. Cancelling in Settings is not a refund request, and asking for a refund does not cancel the plan; if you want both, do both. Keep the token limit in mind: a single creator-twin episode costs 30 tokens, so compare that with the 20-token ceiling before you start watching on a plan you may want refunded.

What happens to your tokens after you cancel

Your tokens stay on your account after you cancel; Candy hides the balance while you are on the Free tier.

Premium keeps running until your paid period runs out, so you can still spend tokens in the meantime. After that, the balance remains on the account but out of sight while you are on Free. Candy’s unlock dialog calls an unlocked episode “Yours forever”; we have not tested what a cancelled account sees, so we cannot confirm how that plays out after Premium ends.

What we have not verified yet

A few pricing questions remain open because the answers sit behind a login.

• Premium and paid episodes. Whether Premium unlocks paid Shorts episodes without spending tokens. For now, paid episodes are priced in tokens and Premium includes 100 tokens a month.
• Premium Plus price. Not shown before login.
• Token pack prices. Shown only at candy.ai/tokens after login.
• Spicy series costs. The 19 Spicy members-only series show no episodes or token prices to logged-out visitors.
