Who is responsible for your data

This website is published by Candy Series Porn, the editorial publisher of candyseriesporn.com, which is the data controller for the personal data described on this page. You can reach the controller for any privacy question or request at contact@candyseriesporn.com. Candy.ai and EverAI Limited are separate companies: data you give them when you open candy.ai is covered by their own privacy policy, not this one.

The short version

We keep data collection to a minimum. There are no user accounts, comment forms, newsletters or ads on this site. We set one first-party cookie to remember that you confirmed you are 18 or over, and our hosting server keeps standard request logs. We do not sell or rent any data.

When you confirm on the age check that you are 18 or older, your browser stores a cookie named mq_age with the value 1. Its only job is to stop the age check from appearing again. It lasts one year, it is set by this site alone, and it contains nothing that identifies you. If you choose to leave instead, you are sent to google.com and no cookie is set. Deleting your cookies brings the age check back.

Server logs

Like almost every website, our server records basic details of each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the page you came from and your browser’s user agent. Our hosting provider stores these logs on our behalf. We use them only to keep the site running, fix errors and protect it against abuse, and we keep them only as long as those purposes require. We do not combine them with other data to work out who you are.

Some links to candy.ai pass through a short address on our own domain that starts with /go/. When you click one, our server logs the request like any other page view and immediately redirects your browser to candy.ai with an affiliate reference attached. That reference lets Candy.ai, or the affiliate program it uses, credit us with a commission if you sign up or buy. From that point you are on candy.ai: it may set its own cookies, and its own privacy policy and terms apply. We do not receive your Candy.ai login, your payment details or anything inside your account.

No ads or trackers, and analytics

We do not run ads or third-party tracking scripts, and the site’s fonts and images are served from our own server. We do not use analytics at present. If we add analytics, we will update this page to say what it collects and who provides it.

If you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains. We use them only to deal with your message and keep them only as long as that takes. Please leave out personal or account details we do not need.

Adults only

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Your rights and how to contact us

Depending on where you live, data protection law may give you the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how it is used. Because we hold very few personal details, a request will usually concern server logs or an email you sent us. To make a request, write to us through the contact page. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes to this policy

If the way we handle data changes, for example if we add analytics, we will update this page and the date shown on it.
