What My Roommates Made a Bet is about

Strapped for cash, an ordinary man rents a suspiciously affordable room in a house shared by two stunning women. All three are adults, and the women have a secret bet on who wins him over first, but nothing is quite as it looks.

The rent is the first clue. A man short on money finds a room priced well below what it should be, moves in with the striking women who already share the house, and does not know that his new housemates have turned his arrival into a private contest over which of them wins him first. Every one of them is an adult, and the flatshare is a household of grown-ups.

What lifts the premise above a simple contest is the warning built into it: the situation is not what it appears to be. The catalog does not say what the twist is, and we will not guess, but it gives the series a reason to keep you watching beyond the bet itself. The tone promised is playful and competitive, with the women setting the pace and the newcomer as the prize. The catalog names nobody in the cast. In our Everything Else category it belongs with the roommate stories, which sit at the same baseline heat.

All characters in this series are adults (18+). Any step or family label in the title describes a fictional relationship between adults.

Episode guide

Below is the complete list of 5 episodes with their prices, every one under two minutes. Free viewing covers up to Episode 2, after which the contest plays out behind tokens.

Is My Roommates Made a Bet free?

Partly. Of its 5 episodes, 2 cost nothing: Episode 1 opens straight away and Episode 2 asks for a free account. The 3 paid episodes are 12 tokens each, so you need 36 tokens to see how the bet turns out.

That is the standard price, the same as My Roommates Are Thirsty! or Oops! I’m Your Secret Roommate at the same heat.

How explicit is it?

Heat 3/5 · Explicit: Nudity and sex scenes in the paid episodes, with the story taking much of the runtime.

Heat 3, Explicit: the paid episodes include nudity and sex scenes, while the free ones mostly set up the cheap room, the housemates and their bet. That is our baseline for public series, applied until an editor rates it, and no one has yet. Candy's Nympho tag describes the housemates in the setup, not how much is shown, so it does not move the level on its own. The series is public, not Spicy, and every character is an adult.

What each level of access gets you

If this is the only roommate story you want, unlocking the paid episodes with tokens is the cheapest way to see the twist. If you are likely to try the other roommate titles too, Premium is worth comparing: 100 tokens a month covers this series and another at the same price, and the annual plan costs $3.99 a month. Our Candy AI pricing guide has the numbers.

Candy.ai is the only place the series officially plays, as part of Candy Shorts. Look-alike pages promising “My Roommates Made a Bet” free in full or leaked are bait: re-uploads at best, and at worst downloads or forms built to steal card data.

If you liked it: similar series

My Roommates Are Thirsty! and Oops! I’m Your Secret Roommate are the obvious companions, both roommate premises at the same heat and standard price. His Girlfriend’s Best Friend’s Sex Den moves to a friend's place where she makes the rules, and The Nun in Our Guest Room puts a houseguest with seven days to spare in the spare room, both at the same heat and price.

Our verdict

My Roommates Made a Bet combines a light, competitive setup with a twist the catalog only hints at, which gives it more pull than a plain roommate premise. Its Heat 3 is the public-series baseline, not an editor's rating, and at 36 tokens it costs the standard amount. The weakness is that Candy gives few details and no cast names, so you are buying partly on the promise of the twist.

Choose it over My Roommates Are Thirsty! if you want a contest with a hidden catch rather than open pursuit; both cost the same. Skip it if a premise built around a bet feels too gamey for you. Start with Episode 1 logged out and decide on the free account for Episode 2 once you have met the household.

Best for: Viewers who want a playful flatshare premise with a twist
