NightWire has one of the more distinctive hooks in the Fantasy category: a professional thief of memories caught off guard by someone who should not know her. That gives it narrative pull beyond the adult premise, at the usual 36 tokens. The flip side is that a mystery needs space, a short run leaves it compressed, and with the story taking much of the runtime, viewers who want the strongest scenes should know that no Fantasy series has an editor's rating yet.

Pick it over The Prince’s Last Week Unwed if you want a haunting memory in a modern, high-concept setting instead of a royal court.
